Himalaya, The River Ganga and Forest (Rajaji National Park) is a mind-blowing combination. The city surrounded by great natural beauty with the Ganges, mountains and the forest. Yoga Meditation, Spirituality, and Adventure is an important part of the tourism of Rishikesh.


Haridwar Sightseen Tour


Haridwar is known as the gateway to the god. Haridwar is one of the holiest cities in India. Haridwar is visited by thousands of Hindu pilgrims throughout the year. Har Ki Pauri Ghat is a holy place here where people take a holy dip to wash their sins. Everyday evening Ganga Aarti is also attracting a large number of tourist. Har Ki Pauri (means “Footprint of God”). It is also the same place where a drop of nectar fell down so after every twelve years Kumbh Mela is organized which is known for the large gathering of people. The town has many old and interesting temple and ashrams.


PLACES TO BE COVERED: Delhi – Haridwar – Rishikesh – Delhi


Day 01: Delhi to Haridwar (220 km drive / 6 hrs drive)

Morning meets our driver at Airport/Railway station/Hotel transfer to Haridwar. At Arrival in Haridwar, check in to your hotel. Relax at a hotel. Overnight stay at Haridwar.

Day 02: Haridwar Tour

Morning enjoy your beginner Yoga class. After breakfast meets your guide for Haridwar city tour. Visit Bara Bazar, Mansa Devi Temple, Jain Temple, Shantikunj Ashram. Later in the evening enjoy Ganga Aarti at famous Har Ki Pauri Ghat. Overnight stay at Haridwar.

Day 03: Haridwar to Rishikesh (30 km drive / 1 hour)

Morning enjoys a beginers yoga class. After breakfast, meet our assistant and check out from the hotel and transfer to Rishikesh. Check in at the hotel. Later enjoy the guided sightseeing tour. Visit Bharat Mandir, Sivananda Ashram, Lakshman Jhula, Ram Jhula and Gita Bhawan. Enjoy Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan. Overnight stay at Rishikesh.

Day 04: Rishikesh (River Rafting and Jungle Safari)

Morning enjoys Hath Yoga (Ashtanga Yoga), class. After breakfast transfer to Shivpuri for 16 km Rafting in River Ganga. After 30 mins drive you will reach the starting point. Our rafting guide will give you instructions. Later enjoy rafting (approx 3 hrs). Return to hotel. After lunch transfer to Chilla Range of Rajaji National Park. Meet our jungle safari guide and enjoy the jungle safari in open jeep. Jungle safari is 35 km circuit inside the chilly range. This National park is famous for Elephants but a chance to see the wild elephant is 70%. Return to hotel. Overnight stay at Rishikesh.

Day 05: Rishikesh (Day Trip to Devprayag)

Morning enjoy Hath Yoga (Ashtanga Yoga), class. After breakfast transfer to Devprayag with a guide. On the way, you will see River Ganga flowing through the beautiful Himalayan mountains. Devprayag is 80 km far from Rishikesh. Devprayag is a confluence of River Alaknanda and Bhagirathi. After this confluence, the river is known as the Ganga. Devprayag is the small town. The confluence of the river is always considered more holy to take the dip in Ganga. The River Ganga is famous for taking the holy dip to wash sins. There is also the temple dedicated to Lord Ram who meditated here. On the way, you can also visit Vashistha Gufa where great sage Vashistha meditated in the cave near Ganga. Evening you will return to Rishikesh. Overnight stay at Rishikesh.

Day 06: Rishikesh

Morning enjoy Meditation class. After breakfast transfer to Neergaddu waterfall with the guide. Neergaddu waterfall is just 5 km far outside Rishikesh. Total trek in 6 km. Later return to Rishikesh. Evening visit Kunjapuri Temple which is the highest point near Rishikesh. You can see snow clad mountains in the winter season from the top. Temple is dedicated to gods sati. After 250 steps you will reach the temple. Sunset is always amazing here. Overnight stay at Rishikesh.

Day 07: Rishikesh – Delhi (230 kms/6-7 hrs approx)


After breakfast, proceed to Delhi. On arrival transfer, the guests to Delhi Airport/Railway Station to board the flight/train for onward journey and tour terminates here, but sweet memories remain for forever.
