Day 01: Open Arrival – DELHI
Open Arrival at New Delhi Airport, our escort shall take you to the hotel. With a warm welcome at the hotel; we shall assist you with check-in. This Day is at leisure and you can enjoy the facilities of the hotel. Dinner and night stay shall be in the hotel itself.
Day 02: DELHI
Day dedicated to the visit of Delhi. Old Delhi, the fascinating city with: “Jama Masjid”, Red Fort, “Chandni Chowk”, the main axis of the Mughal city. Then tour New Delhi to discover the India gate, the Parliament and the secretariats. Visit “Qutab Minar”, the best-preserved vestige of the Muslim city. Lunch during visits. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 03: DELHI – MANDAWA
Departure towards Rajasthan, towards the region of Shekhawati, former caravan stop. Continuation to the principality of Mandawa, walk in this small market town. Lunch during visits. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 04: MANDAWA – BIKANER
The road to Bikaner, the discovery of Fatehpur en route. Visit Bikaner: Junagarh Fort, Ganga Jubilee Museum, Karni Mata Temple and a rickshaw ride through the Old City. Lunch during visits. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 05: BIKANER – JAISALMER
The road to the caravan city of Jaisalmer through the Thar Desert. Arrival late afternoon. Lunch along the way. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 06: JAISALMER
Visit of Jaisalmer Fort. Discover the beautiful PatwonKi Haveli in the heart of the city. In the late afternoon, departure for the dunes of Khuriafin. Camel ride in the desert. Lunch along the way. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 07: JAISALMER – JODHPUR
Departure for Jodhpur, a city on the edge of the Thar Desert. Visit the beautiful Mehrangarh Fort. Walk to the market to discover local crafts. Lunch during visits. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 08: JODHPUR – UDAIPUR
The road to Udaipur. On the way stop at Ranakpur, famous for its carved marble Jain temples. Lunch during visits. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 09: UDAIPUR
Visit the Jagdish Temple and the City Palace. The small tour in Bapu Bazar and in the gardens Sahelionki Bari. Cruise on Lake Pichola. Pass by the JagNiwas before arriving at the JagMandir Palace. Lunch during visits. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 10: UDAIPUR – PUSHKAR
Visit to the Maharajah of Udaipur. Discovery of SahelionKi Bari. Continue to Pushkar. Lunch during visits. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 11: PUSHKAR – JAIPUR
Visit the only temple dedicated to Brahma in Pushkar, then continue to Jaipur. In the afternoon, visit Jaipur with the “City Palace”, Maharaja Palace, the observatory “Jantar Mantar”, the “Hawa Mahal”, the palace of the winds. Lunch during visits. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 12: JAIPUR – AMBER – JAIPUR
Departure for Amber Fort, located 9 km from Jaipur. Mounted at the top of its ramparts with elephant back. The palace halls and a small temple dedicated to the goddess Kali are located around a pleasant Mughal garden. Lunch during visits. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 13: JAIPUR – FATEHPUR – SIKRI – TAJ MAHAL – RED FORT – AGRA
The road towards Agra. En route stop for the visit of Fatehpur Sikri, the ancient capital of Emperor Akbar. Continue to Agra, the discovery of the Red Fort. Then visit the most famous mausoleum in the world, the Taj Mahal. Lunch during visits. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 14: AGRA – DELHI – VARANASI.
Departure towards Delhi Transfer to the airport and fly to Varanasi and overnight at the hotel.
Day 15: Varanasi
This holy place of Hindus is famous for 3 things – river Ganges, Sarnath, and Sanskrit. It’s the place where Sanskrit language and Ved (Hindu Scriptures) are taught in Benaras Hindu University. You can see it from outside. The first half of the day is scheduled for a trip to Sarnath (around 12 kms from here) and the second half for a Vishwanath Temple. After this, take a boat ride along the ghats of Ganga River. In the evening, you can take a walk around the town. Night stay and dinner at the pre-booked hotel only.
Day 16: Varanasi – Delhi
Next morning, we shall take you for a boat ride in the serene waters of the Ganges to see the Sunrise. In the afternoon, we shall take you to Varanasi Airport from where you shall be deported to New Delhi. In Delhi we will take you around Delhi markets if you wish so; otherwise, we will escort you to the airport for your onward journey!
